What You’ll Do:
- Understand and manage our participant course enrollment process (directly drives revenue recognition)
- Work collaboratively with our Sales, Finance, and IT Operations Teams to maintain data integrity in Salesforce in order to create dashboards and reports
- Work closely with the CS team across different initiatives to support our rapidly scaling business
- Provide actionable insights to CS leadership so they can drive customer renewals and upsells
- Lead and collaborate on special projects to drive business objectives and process standardization
- Manage day-to-day CS operations (e.g., reporting and analysis)
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- You are excited about Excel and look forward to becoming a pro and learning more
- You’re a motivated self-starter and clear communicator, with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- You are comfortable mining data from multiple sources, and delivering your findings to stakeholders
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills
- You can handle multiple competing priorities and can adapt to a flexible and fast-paced environment
At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate.
