PRN Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to lead our Eastlake clinic. The Role: • Physical Therapist Clinic Director • Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics • Schedule: Full-Time, M-F • Location: 2437 Fenton St, Chula Vista, CA 91914 • Compensation:$90,000 - $130,000+ • Comp package based on job-related factors such as location, experience, incentives, and partnership opportunities. In this role, you'll lead by example though carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client. Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency Manage schedule and payroll. Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business.
