The Role: Mental Health Supervisor

Location: Remote, Nevada

About This Role:

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Behavioral Health team. 

As a Mental & Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead clinical teams to provide world-class care to students within our partner school districts. 

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise & manage teams of mental health clinicians delivering therapy & crisis services
• Act as the primary liaison for school-level relationships for mental health services
• Support the Clinical Director in district-level relationships for mental health services
• Deliver clinician training and inform learning & development opportunities
• Monitor and oversee clinical quality outcomes  
• Actively build a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Assist in the clinician recruitment process   
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Care Management Director to identify and support transition services
• As needed, provide virtual consultation for children in grades K-12
• As needed, provide virtual consultation crisis intervention services for children in grades K-12 

Your Background:

• Masters’ Degree in social work or counseling
• Licensure to provide clinical services in NV required (additional licenses in FL, CA, HI, CO, WA, or TX desirable)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pediatric behavioral health
• Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in supervision
• Experience working in a school-based setting
• Experience building and managing relationships with school administrators
• Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students
• Experience providing therapy through telehealth preferred 
• Experience in clinical supervision preferred
• Technological skills to include the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital paperwork 
• Effective communicator through multiple channels (phone, video, email, in-person)
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish fluency highly desired)
