Job Description
As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant) you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
This will be a temporary position supporting seasonal volume for our Arizona market through summer 2026 with the possibility of extension. This is a hybrid position with in-office requirements up to 3x/month.
Responsibilities
Work closely with agents buyers sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement. Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process.
Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers. Open orders review contracts verify information such as buyer/seller names sales price EMD and other pertinent fee allocation. Order and maintain detailed records including following up on needed items.
Cover for Closing Advisor (Escrow Officer) when needed serving as the primary point of contact for all parties and responsible for monitoring team email
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year as an escrow assistant (or equivalent)
Experience with residential purchase transactions in Arizona
Ability to work in our Phoenix Arizona office up to 3x/month
Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Full end-to-end Escrow Officer experience
Qualia and Tableau knowledge
