This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Comercial (Closer) q3 based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving high-performance sales execution within a fast-growing commercial environment, acting as a key point of contact in the conversion of qualified leads into customers. You will operate in a dynamic, target-driven setting where persistence, communication excellence, and structured follow-up are essential to success. The position involves active participation in online sales meetings, continuous engagement with prospects, and ownership of the full sales follow-up cycle. You will play a direct role in revenue generation while also providing feedback to improve lead quality and funnel performance. This is a highly hands-on role for professionals who thrive under pressure, enjoy fast-paced environments, and are motivated by results and commission-based growth. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure continuous pipeline improvement and conversion optimization.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage personalized customer interactions throughout the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion focus.
  • Conduct online sales meetings and video calls to present products and close deals effectively.
  • Execute high-volume follow-up activities (calls, messages, and CRM updates) to nurture and recover leads.
  • Reactivate stalled leads and drive them back into the sales pipeline through persistent outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and daily CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
  • Participate in recurring team meetings and strategic alignment rituals to optimize sales performance.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles.
    • Strong communication skills with active listening and ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership of results and targets.
    • Ability to work with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment.
    • Strong adaptability and resilience in dynamic contexts with frequent changes.
    • Commercial mindset with focus on conversion, persistence, and performance.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience in consultative or complex sales processes.
      • Prior experience in prospecting (online or offline).
      • Ease with phone-based sales and high-frequency client contact.
      • Strong command of written and spoken Portuguese.
