Commercial and Residential Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every area meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties • Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. • Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring. • Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens, focusing on high-touch areas to promote health and safety. • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. • Handle custodial duties in commercial settings when required, maintaining a professional environment. • Assist with floor care tasks, including sweeping, buffing, and polishing as necessary. • Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients. Requirements • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for cleaning tasks. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including availability on weekends if necessary. • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
