This role is a senior commercial leadership position focused on building and scaling a high-growth electrical testing, inspection, and certification business across North America. You will be responsible for designing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives enterprise adoption, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships in complex technical markets. Acting as a key builder of the commercial engine, you will develop relationships with Tier 1 OEMs, integrators, and energy ecosystem leaders while shaping scalable sales processes and governance. The position requires strong market vision, execution discipline, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving, highly technical environment. You will play a central role in transforming a growing division into a recognized industry leader. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, enterprise sales leadership, and business development ownership.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a scalable North American sales strategy aligned with global growth objectives, focusing on enterprise account penetration and long-term revenue expansion.
  • Build and manage relationships with Tier 1 OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners to secure multi-year agreements and approved vendor status.
  • Establish commercial governance frameworks including CRM discipline, forecasting processes, KPI tracking, and structured reporting to support performance visibility.
  • Design and implement repeatable revenue generation models, including strategic account planning, pricing architecture, and margin protection strategies.
  • Drive expansion into key sectors such as EV infrastructure, energy storage systems, microgrids, and industrial automation through targeted enterprise engagement.
  • Align commercial execution with operational capabilities to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, support thought leadership initiatives, and contribute to market credibility and brand positioning.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B commercial leadership, ideally within testing, inspection, certification, energy, or industrial sectors.
    • Proven success selling complex solutions into Tier 1 OEMs, automation, or energy markets with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Strong experience building or scaling commercial organizations, sales frameworks, or new business units in growth-stage environments.
    • Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, energy storage systems, microgrids, or industrial automation ecosystems.
    • Demonstrated ability to secure multi-year enterprise contracts, develop strategic partnerships, and manage recurring revenue models.
    • Strong financial acumen with focus on margin management, pricing strategy, and EBITDA impact.
    • Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
    • Builder mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range of $130,000–$150,000 plus performance-based incentives.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • 401(k) plan with generous company match and immediate vesting.
      • Paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
      • Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
      • Additional voluntary benefits including flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, and pet insurance.
      • Opportunities for professional growth within a scaling, innovation-driven business unit.
      • Dynamic, high-impact role with exposure to global markets and enterprise-level clients.
