Commercial Floor Coating Installer

We are a rapidly growing, safety conscious commercial painting and coatings company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are seeking reliable,FULL-TIME Experienced Floor Coatings Installerswith at least 3 years experience with a commercial/industrial coatings company. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete floor restoration, concrete repair and refinishing, epoxy coatings/membrane installations, and cementitious applications, etc. (Hourly pay rate will depend on experience.) Painting may also be required on occasion. What we do: • Commercial New Construction, Interior and Exterior • Tenant Improvements and Build-Outs • Commercial/Industrial Repaints: Interior and Exterior • Epoxy Floors, and Other Types of Industrial Coatings • Projects range in size from 1 week to 1 Year • Locations vary throughout Chicago and the Surrounding Suburbs and Northwest Indiana Required: • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance • Proof of citizenship or ability to work in the U.S.(This employer participates in E-Verify.) • Must be available for overtime and every other Saturday • Must be a hard worker and team player with the ability to succeed infast-paced environment Skills: • Proven experience in floor coatings/concrete refinishing • OSHA 10 required for employment (Southwest Coatings can coordinate) • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time • Painting experience a plus!
