Why You Should Apply: • Up to $45/hr for senior techs (10+ years commercial experience) • Direct hire opportunity—no temp or contract period • Flexible pay for mid-level techs (5+ years commercial experience) • Overtime and weekend hours available • Steady work on complex commercial systems and large-scale installs • Safety-first mindset with experienced leadership • A long-standing Arizona company with deep roots in the community What You'll Do: • Install, replace, and service commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, adapter curbs, and chillers • Diagnose and repair central plant and large mechanical systems • Perform basic HVAC electrical work and follow construction site safety protocols • Work independently and with teams to complete scheduled projects and urgent needs • Keep tools organized and job sites clean; document work as needed What You’ll Need: • 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience for senior-level roles (chiller and central plant systems required) • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience for mid-level roles • Your own hand tools and essential testing equipment (refrigerant gauges, manometer, magnahelic, psychrometer, micron gauge) • Comfortable working outdoors on rooftops in Arizona weather • Willingness to work OT and weekends when needed Join a team known for quality, safety, and long-term opportunity.
