About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join the Commercial Real Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role you will:
- Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products
- Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
- Provide customer service loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
- Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales Legal Control and Risk Technology and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs
- Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions evaluate risks and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications
- Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
- Provide guidance and training to peers
- Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function policies procedures and compliance requirements
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- Proficient in Loan IQ
- Syndicated Lending Experience
- Experience working with Participation trades and foreign loan originations
- Knowledge of loan documentation; construction loan budget monitoring experience; and title work experience.
- Ability to prioritize work meet deadlines achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts at the immediate and root-cause levels
- Ability to work effectively as well as independently in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change
- Good business communications skills and be recognized as someone who delivers extraordinary and superior customer service
- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote
- Candidate must be able to work Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Skills Required
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent (work experience training military experience education)

- Knowledge of loan documentation construction loan budget monitoring and title work
