Commercial Property Manager

• Oversee the day to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US
• Vendor contractor and tenant management
• Negotiating contracts
• Work with leasing agents
• Maintain comprehensive property files keeping them organized and up-to-date
• Assist with sourcing potential real estate opportunities via research on multiple listing sites and engaging with brokers throughout the US
• Any remodeling disaster projects and the cleanliness of all our properties

• Previous experience in managing commercial properties including experience with operational issues such as operational emergencies or building renovation.
• You must understand how a building is put together.
• Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects
• Previous experience with commercial building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing etc
• Previous contract management experience
• Experience with commercial leases. You understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional Rent
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions. You know terms like rent roll and cap rate
