What You’ll Be Doing • Perform commercial Refrigeration/HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail. • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Refrigeration/HVAC systems to ensure peak efficiency and reliability. • Work closely with team members and project managers to complete jobs on time and to the highest standards. • Deliver high-quality service, taking pride in every job and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Continually improve your skills through training and hands-on experience. What We Expect From You • 3+ years of commercial Refrigeration/HVAC experience, with a strong technical foundation. • A problem-solving mindset and a drive to take ownership of your work. • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • EPA Certification (preferred but not required) • Washington 06A training card Are You Ready to Build a Career with Mayda & Sons Mechanical?
