About Us: Kennedy Electric Inc has proudly serviced San Diego’s electrical needs since 1987. Our dedicated team with decades of combined experience tackles both residential and commercial electrical issues in the fields of troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and remodeling. The Typical Day: From Monday to Thursday, we work from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, and on Fridays, we work from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Every morning, our electricians arrive at our La Mesa location to receive their work orders, gather materials from the shop, and load the company vans. At the end of the workday, all employees return to the La Mesa location to complete paperwork, offload unused materials, complete a general van clean-up, and check out by 5:15 pm (or noon on Fridays). Requirements: Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in the residential and commercial field. One MUST have California electrical certification (no exceptions) and possess a clean driving record (the insurance company WILL run a check). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively – verbally, in writing, and over text – with our staff and clients is essential. One must also be able to work independently using our work vans. Preferably, our ideal candidate will own hand tools. No upselling or sales required.
