We are a Senior Living Community! We are seeking experienced Senior Living sales professionals with a strong sense of drive and urgency. Salary range: $85-$97k base plus a bonus structure! Responsibilities: • Increasing occupancy and achieving sales goals • Manage a lead and build great relationships with our referral database • Be responsible for touring community and leading prospects through entire sales process by creating trust, building relationships, and overcoming obstacles • Create and implement events to draw prospects to the community Perks • Opportunity is offering a competitive compensation with the opportunity for overtime, a very lucrative commission plan, and great benefits. • Opportunities to work with an established operator, offering room for career growth/advancement.
