Job description
We are hiring a reliable, experiencedCrew Leaderwith background ininsulation installation(cellulose, fiberglass, or spray foam).
This is ahands-on leadership role— you’ll work alongside your crew while managing job quality, communication, and daily operations. If you lead by example, take ownership of your work, and want to grow within a values-driven company, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a small insulation crew.
• Install insulation (attic, wall, crawlspace) according to scope, safety, and code requirements.
• Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently (blowers, vacuums, spray rigs, etc.).
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project details.
• Manage jobsite inventory, crew readiness, and ensure the company truck is fully stocked and maintained.
• Communicate clearly with the office, clients, and team members throughout the project.
• Perform quality checks, conduct final walkthroughs, and ensure proper cleanup.
• Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on insulation experience(cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam preferred).
• Prior leadership or crew management experience.
• Strong understanding of insulation techniques, air sealing, and safety protocols.
• Must be able to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces), and lift 50–60 lbs consistently.
• Excellent communication skills– verbal, written, and digital.
• Accountable and organized, with the ability to manage inventory and job timelines.
• Validdriver’s licenseand clean driving record.
• Must speak English (bilingual a plus).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening if required.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with spray foam rig setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ventilation, building science, or retrofit energy upgrades.
• OSHA 10/30 certification.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
