Consulting Operations Analyst

Position Summary

At Domo, we leverage both internal teams and partners to help sell our software and provide implementation services post-sale.  This enables us to rapidly grow and scale our business.  A Consulting Operations Analyst (COA) is a keystone in ensuring a seamless consulting and partner delivery experience by serving as the interface between partners and internal Domo teams (Sales, CS, Product, Support, etc.).  A COA oversees the critical daily functions that drive  engagement success from project assignment through project sign-off.  Domo needs POA’s who have experience managing SaaS based operations.   A successful candidate will have demonstrated innovation, creativity, insight, attention to detail, initiative, and good judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee assignment of projects involving internal and partner teams;
• Use data and automation to manage a portfolio of projects in strategic and efficient ways;
• Develop process and standardization around delivery to drive consistent, predictable, and repeatable success across internal and external delivery teams;
• Collaborate across teams to curate best practices and provide enablement to internal and external teams;
• Oversee approval of Purchase Orders, invoices, project hour reconciliation, and Statement of Work generation;
• Develop relationships across Domo teams as a means of connecting partners to solutions that will enhance project delivery.

​Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or another relevant field;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments concurrently;
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills around creating, documenting, and managing complex processes; 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment;
• Working knowledge of specialized BI tools and solution providers is a plus;
• Experience in Docusign, Salesforce, and Coupa software is a plus.
