Job Description
Department: Marketing
iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Consumer Insights Researcher remotely in the US.
iFIT is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Researcher to support and execute research initiatives that uncover actionable insights to drive smarter decisions across the organization. In this role, you will manage key consumer trackers and conduct primary research to help iFIT deeply understand its members, potential customers, and the broader fitness landscape. If you are passionate about using data to tell compelling stories that inform business strategy, we want to hear from you.
ROLE COMMITMENTS

- Deliver strategic studies that identify high-impact opportunities across pricing, content, and product strategy, achieving strong stakeholder utilization of findings in decision-making and business planning.
- Deliver a fully AI-automated real-time VOC program with minimal researcher intervention.
- Implement AI tools to increase speed-to-insight delivery time significantly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support research execution across global markets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while accounting for regional and cultural differences.
- Design surveys and discussion guides that align to project objectives and ensure sound methodology.
- Conduct qualitative research studies including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic research, and online communities.
- Analyze data using descriptive and multivariate techniques such as regression, factor, and cluster analysis to surface meaningful insights.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable stories with visualizations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline data analysis and accelerate insight reporting without compromising data integrity.
- Stay current on emerging research methods and tools that improve research speed, quality, and storytelling.
- Share consumer insights and trends regularly across the organization including internal communication channels such as Slack.
- Manage and oversee ongoing tracker studies including NPS, customer satisfaction, and brand health trackers.
- Own all tracker processes including survey programming, launch, maintenance, sample and send management, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Qualtrics dashboards displaying key consumer metrics for stakeholders.
- Analyze longitudinal data to identify patterns and trends that inform business strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and refine tracker methodologies to ensure robust and relevant insights.
