This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Content Designer: Corporate Presentations & Videos in the United States.
This role offers a unique opportunity to craft high-impact content that supports change initiatives and drives engagement for enterprise clients. You will design client-ready presentations, videos, and reference materials that translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment, you will partner with subject matter experts and change managers to ensure all content is accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with client needs. You will also focus on creating content optimized for AI tools like M365 Copilot, ensuring structured and reusable deliverables. The position blends creativity, instructional design, and corporate communication expertise, allowing you to shape both client-facing materials and internal knowledge resources. This role provides the opportunity to influence change management outcomes and contribute to the evolution of project delivery blueprints.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop visually engaging content for change initiatives, including presentations, infographics, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Translate complex change management concepts into accessible, actionable materials for diverse enterprise audiences.
  • Create and maintain training and enablement materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and client-specific decks.
  • Support stakeholder communications with executive briefings, talking points, and FAQs while ensuring brand and tone consistency.
  • Adapt standard content to align with client-specific branding, industry requirements, and deployment scenarios.
  • Produce multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance learning and engagement.
  • Organize and maintain internal content libraries, document best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project blueprints and templates.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in designing content and layouts that optimize learning, clarity, and user experience.
  • Strong visual storytelling and instructional design skills for corporate and enterprise audiences.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, intranet platforms, and content repository organization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint, or equivalent multimedia and presentation software.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client-ready deliverables, including presentations, quick reference guides, and videos.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
