As Relyance AI’s Content Strategist, you will be responsible for the holistic content strategy for Relyance AI, both for our privacy, engineering, and security audiences. This content will be designed for our website, social media, content syndication, video, and more. The core function of this role is to articulate Relyance AI’s value proposition at scale by writing strategically-inspired substantive content that is clear and compelling for target audiences within the privacy and data protection domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, attorneys, marketers, sales, product, and business leaders to inform our target audience how Relyance AI’s groundbreaking innovation meets vital market demand.

As a Content Strategist, your role will include:

  • Owning the content strategy, including planning, creating, editing, and publishing.
  • Researching and planning ideas for content several months in advance.
  • Developing a steady stream of engaging and high-quality content that conveys thought leadership and supports critical business objectives.
  • Translating complex legal ideas and services into explicit, compelling stories to engage our target audience.
  • Writing content consistent with Relyance AI’s brand voice across all channels while adjusting brand tone and language style based on audience, medium, channel, and use case.
  • Publishing and managing content on webpages and social media channels while applying writing strategies for the digital world and integrating SEO best practices into all web content.
  • Understanding and staying up-to-date with industry news and trends to maintain relevant messaging and identify opportunities for new marketing content.
  • Taking complex privacy concepts and product features and bringing them to life simply and beautifully for privacy and data protection audiences.
  • Crafting content to support executive communications, such as speaking abstracts and speeches.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 3+ years of agency/in-house experience leading content development for legal tech brands or have worked as a journalist on privacy-related topics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Writing, Journalism, Communications, Legal, or another relevant field.
  • High standards for editing, grammar, and proofreading.
  • Experience with message testing and principles of conversion-focused writing.
  • True creative, passionate about crafting authentic and customer-focused copy at the unique intersection of technology and law.
  • Experience writing for various formats and audiences, including short-form, long-form, marketing concepts, etc.
  • Showcase a strong sense of strategic thinking through your portfolio of original work; a plus if there’s proven experience communicating in the technology category or B2B SaaS space.

Bonus points for:

  • Salesforce and Hubspot experience.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
