Contract: Recruitment Services Manager, Tech Categories

This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope: 

• Help your Lead Program Manager move client recruiting requisitions through our pipeline
• Support and deliver recruiting requests in our Development category (Web, Mobile, and Software Development)
• Supervise fulfillment of multiple recruiting work orders each week
• Run client intake and project/role scoping meetings
• Partner with teammates to find, curate, and deliver the best talent
• Send updates to clients and talent at different stages of the process
• Send briefs and client information about new opportunities to program partners
• Update candidate and client statuses as customers move through the pipeline
• Edit candidate profiles using our Admin Tool and Program Dashboard
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Share technical recruiting skills, insights, and technical recruiting industry standards with other team members

Must Haves (Required Skills): 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, SaaS Customer Success, Software Sales/Account Management, or Product/Technical Project Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to collaborate with the program team during US business hours, Central Time, for recurring meetings. For candidates working in other US time zones, we require at least 6 hours of overlap with CST.
• The capacity to work up to 40 hours per week
• A fast, reliable internet connection that can support both voice and video calls
