This role requires strong recruiting judgment, market knowledge, and the ability to manage complex searches with speed and quality.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting processes for critical clinical and technical roles, balancing hiring speed, candidate quality, and long-term organizational fit.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, advise on compensation considerations, and establish realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels, talent communities, and recruiting technologies.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, identify opportunities for improvement, and use recruiting metrics to optimize funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and business partners to align hiring plans, headcount strategy, and offer execution.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information, reporting, and recruiting workflows within ATS platforms and related systems.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication, effective engagement, and structured interview processes.
  • Support improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiter with experience managing senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced environments. They should bring strong stakeholder management skills, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to operate independently while driving measurable hiring results.

    • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of senior-level and specialized searches.
    • Proven experience recruiting within healthcare, health-tech, or similarly complex industries.
    • Experience hiring across a range of functions, including technical, clinical, and business roles.
    • Experience recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse is preferred.
    • Strong ability to source, engage, and close high-quality candidates through creative recruiting strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, including experience managing compensation discussions and competing offers.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics, analyzing pipelines, and improving hiring outcomes.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
    • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Deep knowledge of sourcing platforms, talent communities, and modern recruiting tools.
    • Benefits:

      • Contract compensation of $60 - $70/hour, depending on experience.
      • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare technology organization.
      • Flexible remote work environment.
      • High-impact role with ownership over critical hiring initiatives.
      • Opportunity to collaborate with experienced talent, business, and operational teams.
      • Exposure to innovative recruiting tools, data-driven processes, and scalable hiring practices.
      • Supportive and collaborative workplace culture focused on inclusion and professional growth.
