About the role:

Join our experienced risk oversight team as a Senior Risk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise, controlled, and timely management of risk oversight activities at Cboe Clear Europe. You will drive risk projects over a broad spectrum of risks, including credit, market, and systemic risks, associated with both our existing and new products, activities, and processes Cboe Clear Europe continues its rapid growth, you will be expected to address the challenges and contribute significantly to the success of Cboe Clear Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the successful delivery of risk projects related to existing and new products, activities, and processes within the company.
• Implementing actionable improvements to the risk function based on insights, and findings.
• Enhancing risk activities through processes automation.
• Timely reporting to senior management, relevant stakeholders, and regulators.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in finance, mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum of five years’ experience in risk management, prime brokerage, central clearing, or related areas.
• High quality standards and attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with risk models and risk frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Familiar with mechanics and characters of derivatives is preferred.
• Exceptional accurate and highly punctual.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and Excel/VBA is essential, with knowledge of Python considered highly advantageous.
