Conversational AI / CCAI Engineer

Summary:
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve working with Google Cloud Dialogflow, implementing contact center technologies, and applying GenAI models as part of the solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI models using Google Cloud Dialogflow and associated libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Apply deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques to develop AI applications.
- Ensure the quality of AI applications by implementing proper cloud or on-prem application pipelines with production-ready quality.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
