Job Description
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
- Assisting the Associate Manager and Director of Editorial Contract and Supplier Management with daily workload.
- Working with editorial departments to set up new and update suppliers within the contracts database.
- Generating/sending/creating agreements, schedules, releases and other templated agreements (e.g. consultant, pick-up/stock, articles, recipes, photos, videos and illustration) within the contracts database for various editorial departments, to acquire digital and print assets.
- Assisting teams with (1) agreement/schedule/release updates, (2) verifying and entering metadata for digital assets in and (3) maintaining rights, clearances, holdbacks and any other restrictions on use and re-use of digital assets in the contracts database.
- Assisting internal DAM team with updates and verifying metadata for all digital and print assets.
- Creating/verifying rights reports for all published content, including international and syndication teams.
II. Essential Job Functions

45% Contract Management (New and Existing) for all editorial departments
45% Supplier Management (New Agreements and Schedules) for all editorial departments
15% Asset Management (Metadata tagging of published content) for all editorial departments
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, or related field or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
1-2 y ears of administrative support experience, preferably in publishing, digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to meet changing priorities

Pay Range
Hourly: $24 - $30
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
