Overview
The CPWS Regional Forecasting Manager is responsible for managing the annual plan and processes encompassing budget software setup, planning, preparations, and implementation of plan into financial ERP systems. The role will serve as finance partner; coordinating and working with cross-functional and financial architect teams to develop effective reporting in the SAP BW financial reporting platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and technical team members to develop detailed planning systems, design specifications and components to best optimize the planning process
- Direct the planning process, maintenance and implementation of new programs and/or processes to achieve organizational objectives and ensuring compliance with financial requirements within established timeframes
- Analyze a variety of financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, depreciation, real estate, insurance, etc.) to providing direction and support, making recommendations and/or ensuring that overall operations are within budget
- Manage and coordinate financial reporting projects in SAP BW and serve as financial reporting partner for cross functional projects
- Coordinate and document requirements gathering, development, enhancement, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the corporate data warehouse, SAP BW, and all BW Tools
- Collaborate with Business Partners, Application Developers, Business Solution Directors, Solution Delivery Managers and Business Users to ensure seamless transition from project research, realization, go live and stabilization
- Prepare financial statements and reports for auditors and the leadership team for documenting activities and issues, validating compliance requirements, and/or providing supporting materials for requested actions
- Compile data from a wide variety of sources (e.g. staff, COPA, FI, HR, Payroll) for analyzing issues, ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures, and/or monitoring program components
- Facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops to gather data, identify issues, develop recommendations and support other staff
- Respond to a wide variety of inquiries to resolve problems, providing information and/or referring to appropriate personnel
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
