The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

The successful candidate will provide creative direction for graphic design, video, interactive, events, web and 3D projects to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards. Working in close partnership with account managers, project managers and business contacts, the CDL will define the creative approach to projects, strategize on briefs, facilitate brainstorming/creative kick-off discussions, direct creative talent and communicate concepts to business partners and oversee creative execution. This is critical role in shaping the culture of the creative team.

Mission/Objective: Meticulous execution of deliverables that meet business partner requirements and are on scope, on time and on budget.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Creative direction for Enterprise Creative Services projects across all capabilities.
• Prioritization and management of multiple concurrent projects from concept to final output.
• Facilitating brainstorming/creative kick-off discussions with creative talent to establish conceptual approaches.
• Working with business partners to define the creative approach, including strategizing on project briefs.
• Ensuring creative approaches align to project goals and brand standards.
• Presenting creative concepts to partners and conveying edits to the project team.
• Discussing expectations of the creative team with extended team managers based on project requirements.
• Designing solutions to a variety of complex problems; translating complex information into visual solutions.
• Developing sketches or applied layouts to help provide direction.
• Providing brand and creative quality control on select jobs prior to requester/partner reviews.
• Directing external agencies on creative execution on select projects.
• Partnering with teams and leadership to shape creative culture.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years related experience
• Portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and innovation, conceptual ability, versatility and imagination, and solid design skills (provide URL for online portfolio or PDFs)
• Knowledge and proficiency with PC-based Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Corporate brand identity experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated art direction and/or copywriting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading teams
• Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Aerospace/Engineering industry experience is a plus

Required Experience and Education:

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years related experience and BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent years of experience

Work Location: This role is 100% remote

Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or

systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
