This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Lead based in South Africa.

This role is focused on shaping and elevating a brand’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
You will act as the creative force behind campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across ads, social media, landing pages, and email marketing.
Working remotely with cross-functional marketing and design collaborators, you will translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
The position blends creative direction with hands-on collaboration, guiding designers while contributing ideas that strengthen engagement and brand recognition.
You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing outputs meet a high visual standard while staying aligned with business goals.
This is an opportunity for a creative thinker who enjoys both conceptual development and practical execution oversight in a global working setup.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and presentation.
  • Provide creative direction for campaigns including digital ads, banners, landing pages, email marketing, and social media content.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and marketing specialists to ensure all creative assets are visually strong and strategically aligned.
  • Review, refine, and approve creative outputs before publication to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Develop innovative campaign concepts and visual ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, visual impact, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, creative design, or visual communication.
    • Qualification in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related creative field is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
    • Proven ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback to design and marketing teams.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • High attention to detail and a strong passion for visually compelling marketing content.
