This role is focused on managing and optimizing customer communication strategies across multiple digital channels within a high-performance CRM environment. You will work hands-on with marketing automation tools to build campaigns, design customer journeys, and enhance engagement across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp. The position combines technical execution with analytical thinking, requiring a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with CRM leadership and client stakeholders to implement strategies, improve segmentation, and ensure high-quality execution. The environment is dynamic and international, offering exposure to large-scale e-commerce projects and advanced CRM platforms. Accountabilities:

  • Operate and manage CRM platforms (especially Insider), executing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp, using available automation and orchestration features.
  • Build and maintain responsive email templates using HTML, ensuring quality rendering across devices and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Create, manage, and optimize customer segmentation and contact lists based on behavioral and transactional data.
  • Develop and schedule multi-channel campaigns and automated communication journeys, including lifecycle flows and triggered messaging.
  • Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows within CRM platforms, ensuring stability and scalability of communication strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key KPIs such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and revenue impact, translating insights into optimization recommendations.
  • Support strategic CRM planning alongside managers and clients, contributing insights to improve engagement and communication performance.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Insider or similar marketing automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of HTML for email development and responsive template creation.
    • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
    • Solid experience analyzing CRM campaign performance and interpreting KPIs such as engagement, delivery, and conversion metrics.
    • Experience managing inbound campaigns and automated communication journeys across multiple channels.
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data insights into actionable improvements.
    • Good communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
    • Nice to have experience with programming languages, CRM certifications, or advanced English proficiency.
