This role sits at the intersection of crypto journalism, media production, and storytelling, supporting the creation of high-quality podcasts and digital media content focused on the fast-moving digital asset ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping compelling narratives by identifying timely guests, emerging trends, and insightful topics across the crypto space. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed media environment, you will coordinate end-to-end production workflows—from pre-production research and guest outreach to recording, publishing, and performance tracking. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously. You will collaborate closely with hosts, editors, and media leadership to ensure each episode delivers clarity, relevance, and editorial quality. This is a highly dynamic role ideal for a crypto-native storyteller who thrives in fast-paced, content-driven environments.
Accountabilities:
- Pitch timely and relevant guests, topics, and episode ideas aligned with emerging trends in the crypto and digital assets space.
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage podcast recordings, including guest communication and A/V setup checks.
- Conduct background research and prepare structured briefs, talking points, and questions for hosts.
- Support end-to-end podcast production, including publishing workflows and quality control.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining analytics across podcast and media distribution platforms.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of new media formats and greenlit content projects.
- Support production planning, research, and execution of broader multimedia initiatives.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent content quality and alignment.
- Ensure smooth workflow execution using tools such as Slack, YouTube Studio, Riverside, OBS, and WordPress.
- 2+ years of experience in podcast, video, or digital media production.
- Strong understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and digital asset ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with production tools such as Riverside, OBS, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, YouTube Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research complex topics and translate them into engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed environment.
- Creative mindset with strong instincts for identifying compelling stories, guests, and narratives.
