Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications to meet unique business requirements. The role includes working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous enhancement of software performance are key aspects of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize workflows and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system architecture, automation, and monitoring tools to maintain high availability and reliability. - Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies to support scalable infrastructure. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to infrastructure automation and incident response. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery. - Expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing robust solutions to prevent recurrence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
