Customer Care Representative (Temporary)

This is a full time, temporary, remote 4 month assignment.Â
The Customer Care Representative Temp will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via phone and email. You will do so by providing a superior level of service to our global customers by solving service issues and increasing customer conversion and retention. This is a remote position that would suit an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Respond to clients in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner over the phone or emailÂ
- Handle numerous client inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently
- Accurately and confidently communicate order information, policies and procedures
- Display a positive attitude and work with integrity when dealing with clients, consignors, and co-workers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
- Document and update client records based on interactions
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure issues affecting customer orders and returns are resolved
- Adhere to the established work schedule
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Customer service required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy - ability to learn multiple software and systems easily
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate concerns
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Note: During peak periods the work schedule may fluctuate.
