Customer Onboarding Specialist

What you get to do every day

• Communicate extensively with our customers to identify their needs and help them establish their 401(k) plans
• Educate, guide, and inform our newly signed customers about the choices they have to help their employees save for retirement.
• Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with sales and account management) to make sure customer needs are met
• Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track
• Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale

What you bring to the role

• 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment
• A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
• Energy and passion- the concept of onboarding 40-50+ customers a month excites you - velocity is everything!
• A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
• Excellent organizational skills, are able juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation - The on-target earnings (OTE) range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $80,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
