Customer Service Coordinator

Responsible for supporting our daily Customer Service activities. Manage non-customer facing activities and working closely with the Customer Service Specialists (CSS) and Managers. Maintain excellent service by resolving daily escalated issues and communicating to internal key stakeholders to resolve.

How you will make contributions that matter

• Manage the Saputo inbound order process which requires a high level of detail. Receive and process order entry in SAP while managing the following examples.

• All orders received are entered processed the same day received up until 3pm
• Orders are processed with our standard order minimum
• Orders meet the pallet full layer requirement.
• Correct shipping schedule is applied to the orders.
• Order blocks are addressed, and the orders released.
• Short lead orders are escalated to the CSS for validating.

• Coordinate Sample requests from Sales, Marketing and R&D with our plants to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Must have the ability to work closely with other departments to resolve daily issues within your established standard functions.

• Ad hoc reporting to support the Customer Service Specialist activities.

• Enter claims submitted from our Customers as it pertains to damages, overages and shortages (OS&D) in our OS&D system.
• Support the OS&D deductions process, ensuring they are routed to the correct department for resolution and that supporting documentation is received. This will require interacting with our internal departments, such as; warehousing, accounts receivable and transportation.
• Manage order changes to allow short-dated product to ship as approved by the CSS by lowering item tolerances.

• SAP is preferred.
