What you’ll doAs the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engagement value delivered to CloseFactor’s customers. In this role, you will orchestrate the customer journey through proactive engagement strategies, guide CloseFactor clients to their desired outcomes, and drive value by monitoring the health of the customer relationship. As the CSM,  you'll predict and navigate customer challenges and offer solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and additional enrichment opportunities. Providing ongoing support to coordinate and prioritize our customer support activities and resources, ensuring that customers receive attentive assistance and are nurtured as they go from new customers to long-standing experienced ones will be a priority in this role. In this role, you will own the customer relationship from on-boarding through launch and thereafter; acting as an extension of the customer, being a proactive advocate within CloseFactor and the customer to accomplish defined objectives from onboarding and beyond
  • Function as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value through relationship development
  • Proactively grow the breadth and depth of strategic relationships within assigned customers
  • Regularly monitor account health and adoption to find opportunities to help customers acquire maximum value from CloseFactor
  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk of attrition
  • Ensure customers are aware of and educated on new features and releases
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  • Guarantee customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of CloseFactor products and services

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of customer success, account management experience  in driving successful solution-oriented client engagement, handling difficult internal and external business challenges, and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention
  • The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with other divisions to achieve strong results
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and systems, sometime globally, and working within tight project and client timelines with resource constraints
  • Excels at delivering informative, well-organized presentations with strong storytelling abilities
  • Experience in building successful senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including the C-suite
  • A customer-focused mentality and passion for customers’ success with the ability to balance the needs of the customer with those of the business
  • Proficiency in technology
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Relevant business experience in demonstrating a commercial mindset and an understanding of selling moments
  • High confidence, low ego
