Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a customer centric, motivated and positive Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management team. As a Rocket Customer Success Manager, you work cross functionally to engage and optimize our customer interactions and assisting our customers to meet their goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their Rocket investments, tracking successes and regularly reviewing their business needs. This is a tremendous opportunity to impact our CS organization as we strive to meet our growth goals for customer renewals and expansion, but also provides a unique opportunity to help shape and contribute to the growth and optimization of our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and understand product usage for assigned customers
• Begin to take ownership and coordination of Customer Risks and follow up actions
• Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer inputs are addressed
• Learn about Rocket’s products, customer base and processes
• Coordinating cross-functional teams within Rocket to provide for our Customer’s needs and foster positive experiences
• Begin to develop follow up for customer relationship building and develop an understanding of our customers business in relation to their usage of Rocket products.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or another customer facing role.'
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)
• Committed to Rocket’s core values of empathy, humanity, trust and love

Preferred Qualifications:

• Gainsight Experience
• Mainframe background
• Additional languages

The base salary range for this role is $73,253.00 - $91,566.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
