About the Role:
As a Customer Success Payouts Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing account statements to ensure that all charges are accurate and appropriate, Interact with vendors, banks, and other financial institutions to resolve payment issues, and researching payments statuses by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) using a computerized system while providing the highest quality support for our valued customers.Β
This role is located in Austin, TX. and may be eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve customer payout inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily functions, including case management.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Answer customer inquiries and escalation issues via email and/or phone.
- Engage with Vendor resources to resolve customer inquiries.Β Β
Requirements:
- 2+ years working in online operations, customer support, or financial technology industry required
- Strong business problem solving instincts
- Strong ability to adapt in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Payouts or payment processing experience strongly preferred
