This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer partnerships while helping organizations adopt innovative technology solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving product adoption, operational improvements, and long-term customer success.
The position combines relationship management, data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of technology solutions and improve operational performance.
  • Manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring successful adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Lead customer meetings, track action items, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments and service expectations are met.
  • Analyze customer performance data, operational reports, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare account summaries, performance reports, and insights to support customer success initiatives and internal decision-making.
  • Act as a customer advocate by communicating client needs, feedback, and recurring challenges to product, support, and operational teams.
  • Identify account risks, performance gaps, and customer concerns while escalating issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support process improvements by sharing customer insights and helping teams enhance products, training, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on account growth strategies, customer presentations, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with product teams to represent customer needs and recommend enhancements that improve functionality and user experience.
  • Support complex customer escalations, mentor team members, and contribute to onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives for more senior-level responsibilities.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role.
    • Experience working with customers in the automotive industry, dealership operations, warranty processing, or similar environments is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
    • Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Insightly, or similar platforms.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Excel, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
    • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to remain calm during complex customer situations.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving client experiences and business outcomes.
    • Availability to work full-time during standard business hours with flexibility for urgent customer needs.
    • Experience analyzing financial trends, revenue opportunities, warranty claims, or operational performance is a plus.
    • For more advanced responsibilities: 5+ years of customer success experience, experience managing complex accounts, executive-level customer interactions, mentoring team members, and strong knowledge of automotive fixed operations are preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
