We are looking for a self-starter, who enjoys collaborating, and is looking to continuously learn and grow.

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive Meraki’s growth further. This is a newly created role which is responsible for creating and executing processes within our Global Fulfillment team.  The role reports directly into our Director of Operations.  As the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, our products and technology architecture are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud-managed IT a reality. We also understand on a personal level, by simplifying powerful technology we can free passionate people to focus on their mission.

  • Own and lead the global fulfillment team’s forecasting and trend analysis to help plan with our global distribution centers
  • Support ongoing analysis of business performance trends and insights required to inform decisions, producing reports and analytics to help teams achieve their goals
  • Build dashboards to make key operational data available to teams
  • Drive analytics to support continuous improvement projects
  • Measure and track progress of owned projects and programs

  • 5+ years of analytical experience
  • Curious and inquisitive, strong interest in diving deep on analyses, strong work ethic, capable of a high level of autonomy and creative contribution
  • Experience with SQL; additional experience with BI & visualization tools is a strong plus (i.e. DOMO, Looker, Tableau)
  • Proficient MS Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with top-tier ERP and planning systems, e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with multi-functional teams
  • Experience in the enterprise software, networking, or SaaS industry
  • Creative problem solver who meets or beats project timelines
  • Decisive and comfortable with a matrix organization
  • Highly proactive, skilled at independently initiating, leading and measuring projects
  • Hold Bachelor's degree, MBA or master’s degree is a plus

Compensation Range:
$80,100$144,000 USD
