POSITION OVERVIEW:
Paylocity is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing Information Security organization. The IAM Data Analysis will help support our Identity Management Program, with a heavy focus on generating return on investment (ROI) based on key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes initiatives like onboarding, identity lifecycle management/governance, and privileged access management. They will join an existing team of analysts, engineers and architects as we continue to expand the usage of IAM throughout the organization. Are you the teammate we are looking for?
RESPONSIBILITIES
During the first three months, you will:

• Understand the IAM Program, along with the core strategy and objectives
• Embrace the areas of focus - determine how to learn and grow with experience to support those goals
• Using standard operating procedures and knowledge-based information, help generate ROI-based on existing KPIs in supporting identity lifecycle management, user access reviews, and privileged identity management
• Support our efforts to build a world-class IAM program - focus on thinking how to enhance our user experience for the IAM tools
• Understand the value of data integrity and data quality
• Provide input into weekly and monthly status updates from various program management colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• In the last 12 months you would have focused your college studies on areas such as computer science, information security, management information systems and data analytics
• Plans to graduate with a bachelor's degree with a preference for computer science, information security, management information systems
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Expertise working with Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex data comparisons and analysis
• Have hands-on experience in a project that involves large sets of data

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $28/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
