- Manage EPC/EPCM contractors, major equipment suppliers, and commissioning teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Oversee integrated project planning including schedules, budgets, risk registers, reporting dashboards, and execution governance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with customers, utilities, regulators, lenders, and internal leadership, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Drive permitting, interconnection, and regulatory coordination including air quality and ISO/RTO processes.
- Own project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, change order evaluation, and final closeout documentation.
- 15+ years of experience in project management within power generation, energy infrastructure, or utility-scale development.
- Proven track record delivering natural gas engine or turbine power plant projects through construction, commissioning, and commercial operation.
- Strong experience acting as owner’s representative and managing Owner’s Engineer teams across full project lifecycles.
- Background in EPC/EPCM contract management and large-scale construction execution environments.
- Familiarity with data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical infrastructure projects strongly preferred.
- Experience with ISO/RTO interconnection processes (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, MISO, CAISO, SPP or equivalent).
- Knowledge of environmental permitting frameworks (Title V, NSR) and emissions compliance for gas-fired generation.
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across complex multi-party environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required; PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibility level.

- Paid vacation, holidays, and flexible time-off policies.
- Exposure to high-growth infrastructure projects in the energy and data center sector.
- Opportunity to work in a private equity-backed, fast-scaling environment with significant long-term impact.
