职位介绍

作为团队核心 AI 算法专家，你将面向生命科学、智能制造、快消及高科技等行业客户，负责企业级 AI 解决方案的设计与落地。你需要能够将复杂业务问题拆解为可执行的 AI 方案，并推动从 PoC 到生产环境的完整交付。

岗位职责

• 负责企业级 LLM、Agent 及知识增强（RAG/GraphRAG）系统的设计、开发与优化。
• 设计并实现多智能体（Multi-Agent）协作、工具调用（Tool Use）、记忆管理（Memory）等核心能力。
• 结合业务场景构建机器学习、深度学习或生成式 AI 解决方案。
• 与客户、业务专家、产品及工程团队协作，完成需求分析、方案设计及项目交付。
• 跟踪前沿 AI 技术发展，推动新技术验证与落地。

任职要求

必备条件

• 精通 Python，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习及统计学基础。
• 具备企业级 LLM 或 Agent 系统研发经验，熟悉 Prompt Engineering、Agentic Workflow、Tool Calling、PEFT（LoRA/QLoRA）、RL等技术。
• 具备 Client Facing 经验，能够独立完成需求沟通、方案设计及客户技术交流。
• 良好的软件工程能力，熟悉 Git 及团队协作开发流程。
• 具备较强的问题拆解能力、沟通能力及项目推动能力。

加分项

• 对 Ontology、Knowledge Graph、Taxonomy 等知识体系有深入理解或实际落地经验。
• 具备 RAG、GraphRAG、Knowledge-Augmented Agent 等系统设计经验。
• 熟悉 Multi-Agent、Context Engineering、Memory Management、Agent Governance 等方向，并有落地经验。
• 熟悉 MCP、A2A 等 Agent 协议或相关生态，并有实际开发经验。
• 具备生命科学、智能制造、快消或高科技行业项目经验。
• 参与过开源项目或在技术社区有持续贡献。
