SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-2 years of training or teaching or comms coaching experience
• With experience in classroom management, training, and facilitation
• At least 6 months contact center experience and client relationship management
• With knowledge and experience in any mobile game/gaming and application
• Experience in handling gaming accounts, i.e., xBox is preferred, NOT required
• With project management experience, i.e., TNA or analysis to design and develop project which will have an impact to Ops (ex: trends in QA scores of the agents)
• With good comms skills

POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Delivers all required training programs that may include end to end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Delivery
• Conducts RCA and Provide analysis and recommendations
• Improves business performance by initiating and promoting continuous improvement programs across the team.
• Manages client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility. Provides and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
