Deal Desk Analyst

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will support Velocity Global’’s deal desk structure by facilitating deal reviews, analyzing sales pipeline performance, and improving deal velocity through repeatable processes. This collaborative role requires working with sales, finance, legal, and product teams. You will have experience in SaaS sales processes.

You will report to the Director, Deal Desk Operations.

This is a Remote - US position

You Will:

• Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure accurate sales proposals
• Analyze pipeline performance to identify insights that can be used to improve deal economics
• Develop deal data analytics reporting for sales leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement repeatable solutions
• Support pipeline analysis along with sales leaders to provide recommended improvements and identify gaps in the process
• Collaborate with the sales team to advise on deal structures and approaches
• Maintain relationships with partners across the organization

You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of demonstrated ability in sales financial analysis or relevant experience required
• Experience analyzing pipeline performance and deal economics for multi-product contracts
• Collaborate and influence partners across the organization
• Experience providing reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams through Salesforce reporting and partnering with analytics teams
• This role will be a necessary member of the deal desk team and will improve sales growth by facilitating the deal review process, analyzing pipeline performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve quality.
