Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist will represent the North America (NORAM) CXM Business with a focus on USA and Canada Accounts and will report directly to the NORAM CXM Marketing Director. The mission of the individual contributor is to provide quality leads and pipeline to the CXM Sales Professionals and is entrusted with the regional implementation and management of events and digital campaigns. This role will help develop plans based on organizational goals including regional partner marketing efforts and will execute on tactics to drive funnel conversion. The Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for managing demand generation activities, including with partners to increase Quadient CXM (Enterprise B2B solution) brand awareness, leads and pipeline within target accounts identified by the organization. He/she will work with the NORAM CXM Marketing Director to execute leading demand generation marketing programs such as live or virtual conferences/ events, webinars, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, roundtables, account-based marketing and digital marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist will help/assist with marketing content- brochures, whitepapers, blogs, landing pages, Web . The Marketing Specialist will also work alongside the CXM Partner Sales team for any regional demand generation activities within our Partner ecosystem.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive deliverable of leads and pipeline value through the implementation of demand creation programs including regional partner campaigns
  • Help produce Partner-facing marketing materials
  • Manage list building function for marketing acceleration programs
  • Support and drive Account Based Marketing initiatives & related technologies
  • Update, research and validate lead contact information within database
  • Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Help to execute lead nurturing campaigns for programs
  • Assist with press relations activities - share regional press coverage with corporate PR team
  • Manage all partner marketing events in NORAM, CXM
  • Ensure proper usage of sales/marketing systems for assigned region (Salesforce, email automation, Web content management, etc.)
  • Help track partner marketing department invoicing and integration with corporate finance department
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, involving both internal and external resources outside the marketing department

What You Bring:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing or related degrees
  • 1-2 years of Marketing and communication, channel marketing is preferred but not required
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise Software Industry
  • End to end campaign/event execution - definition, planning, execution, reporting
  • Demonstrates contribution to and achievement of sales pipeline delivery
  • Exceptional writing skills - ability to generate and edit audience appropriate copy for partner marketing programs
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
  • CRM database environment experience
  • Proficiency in internet & direct marketing platforms, such as email marketing, search engine marketing, online advertising, web marketing, social media marketing & direct mailing
  • Experience of building successful long term working relationships
