What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive dermatologic care across medical, procedural, and cosmetic services
Build your own patient panel with a strong local referral base
Deliver relationship-driven care in a true community setting
Partner with pharmacy support to streamline treatment access and adherence
Expand services based on patient needs (cosmetics, procedures, specialty clinics)
Help shape workflows, culture, and the overall patient experience

What Makes You a Fit

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
Interested in community-based care with autonomy

Compensation & Upside

Strong base compensation ($330K-$540K range) + upside potential
