This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Android Sênior based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to work on the development and evolution of modern Android applications in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on digital marketing and customer experience solutions. You will contribute to building high-quality mobile experiences used at scale across diverse projects in Latin America and expanding international markets. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver robust and user-centric mobile solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical decisions, improving application performance, and ensuring code quality through modern engineering practices. • Develop, maintain, and evolve Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement modern user interfaces using XML and/or Jetpack Compose, focusing on usability and responsive experiences.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services via REST and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement of mobile solutions.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to clean architecture principles.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security while maintaining a stable and reliable mobile experience.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Proficiency with Android Studio and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI development, including XML layouts and/or Jetpack Compose.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend services.
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for technical communication.
