This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve high-impact digital products used by a large audience through modern web technologies.
You will work across the full stack, contributing to scalable, high-performance applications and innovative solutions.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams while having the autonomy to make meaningful technical contributions.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving complex digital applications while contributing to technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence.

• Develop and evolve complex web applications using NextJS, ensuring scalability, performance, and excellent user experiences.
• Define, implement, and promote architecture standards for front-end and back-end applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available web systems integrated with AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in technical decision-making, solution design, and the continuous evolution of digital products.
• Perform code reviews, ensure technical quality, and share knowledge with other developers.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvements in development processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Research new technologies and evaluate solutions that can support business and product challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic development practices to support software engineering workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack developer with strong architectural knowledge, advanced web development skills, and the ability to contribute strategically to complex digital products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Advanced experience with NextJS, Node.js, TypeScript, PHP (WordPress), and REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend ecosystems, including NextJS, Nuxt, Webpack, and SASS/SCSS.
• Solid experience developing pixel-perfect frontend interfaces.
• Experience designing web application architectures, system integrations, and scalable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of code versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• Intermediate or advanced technical English skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously, share knowledge, and act as a technical reference for the team.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and integration testing.
• Experience optimizing web performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production application optimization.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence in software development, including AI-assisted programming, Spec-driven development, and Agentic Coding.
• Experience working with highly available systems and digital products with high traffic volumes.
