This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack Pleno/Sênior Web based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing digital product environment, where autonomy and speed of execution are part of the daily routine. You will contribute directly to the evolution of a strategic web platform used to deliver scalable digital experiences. The position involves working across both front-end and back-end, with strong involvement in architectural decisions and technical direction. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams in agile cycles, helping transform ideas into robust, production-ready features. Accountabilities:
- Develop end-to-end features across front-end and back-end, from concept through deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to defining technical solutions, frameworks, and technology choices.
- Build and maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code aligned with engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in agile development cycles to deliver high-quality features.
- Design, implement, and consume REST and/or GraphQL APIs to support product functionality and integrations.
- Maintain and improve existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization, refactoring, and performance enhancements.
- Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, technical standards, automation practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer working on modern web applications in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar server-side technologies.
- Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling principles.
- Experience working with Git, REST APIs, and basic automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and collaborative team workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and remote teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, microservices, or scalable SaaS systems is considered a plus.
- Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil.
