Product Execution Team

Department: Product Fulfillment

As the Design Project Coordinator, you will oversee the development of our client’s websites throughout the onboarding process, reporting directly to your team’s manager. Each LP website must creatively embody the client’s vision and serve as a robust representation of their brand. Upholding our quality standards, you must possess a discerning eye for design and unparalleled attention to detail. Rapidly mastering our products, processes, and tools is essential to consistently deliver stunning websites.

This is a challenging role within the company. You'll bear the responsibility of overseeing the construction of each client’s website, & your own team of website builders, guiding their career development. Additionally, being at the intersection of business and product, collaborating with our PED team is integral, necessitating the ability to provide insightful feedback for product enhancement.

Skills + Areas of Competence:

• Understanding what amazing design looks like and articulating the details thanks to your understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Anticipating and understanding our client’s vision, translating the insights into actionable next steps
• Identifying operational problems and proposing solutions
• Continuing to work towards optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Using software and tools to help yourself and your team stay organized and on schedule
• Upholding a consistently high standard for website quality and design, with an unwavering commitment to detail and excellence
• Providing valuable feedback to enhance product offerings, bridging the gap between client needs and product development

Experience:

• An interest in luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
• Previous success working in fast-pace, high-volume environments and delivering every time
• Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition

Would be a plus:

• 0-1 years experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design or tech company
• A strong portfolio of work in website design or another creative field
• Previous experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress etc.
