Destiny NPC Animator

We are looking for Animators who champion story, character development and the final player experience in every piece they do. To breathe life into the characters that tell Bungie’s stories. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create compelling animated character performances for Destiny narrative content
• Work with Narrative Technical Designers to implement character animation in engine
• Create Storyboards or animatics to drive alignment with Narrative Leadership
• Work with the Animation Team and the Lead to help set the quality bar for asset creation

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion and desire to create great games
• Knowledge of Animating in Maya, knowledge of scripting a plus
• Understanding of Motion Capture and hand keyed techniques
• An understanding of Acting and performance
• An understanding of human anatomy
• Collaborate productively with others
• Ability and willingness to follow direction
• Comfortable performing mocap
